Wachovia Capital Finance
Wachovia Capital Finance, a Wells Fargo Company, is the asset-based lending unit of Wachovia that has provided secured financing programs, including accounts receivable securitization, to middle-market and large corporate clients throughout the U.S. These products have been integrated with those offered by Wells Fargo and will become part of the Business Finance, Retail Finance, Business Credit, and Receivables Securitization units now operating as Wells Fargo Capital Finance.
Wells Fargo Business Credit
Wells Fargo Business Credit, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., has provided asset-based financing from $3 million to $30 million to middle-market companies in a variety of industries across the U.S. Under the Wells Fargo Capital Finance trade name, the Business Credit division will continue to serve this market.
Wells Fargo Business Credit has also offered accounts receivable financing and purchase order financing through the following divisions, all of which will continue as parts of Wells Fargo Capital Finance:
