Henry K. Jordan
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Wells Fargo Capital Finance
Henry Jordan leads Wells Fargo Capital Finance as chairman and chief executive officer, and also serves on the Wells Fargo Management Committee. He joined Foothill Capital Corporation in 1984 as controller after several years of auditing the company with an outside accounting firm. Jordan served as the chief financial officer of The Foothill Group from 1990 to 1997, was promoted to the office of the president of Foothill Capital Corporation in 1997, then named president and chief operating officer in 2000. In January 2011, Jordan was named Capital Finance's chairman and CEO. He holds a degree from Loyola Marymount University and is a certified public accountant. He is actively involved with his alma mater as a member of both its board of regents and its business school's advisory board. Jordan is also a member of the development committee for Notre Dame Academy High School in Los Angeles.
Scott R. Diehl
Head of Industries Group
Scott Diehl leads the Industries Group at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, which includes Technology Finance, Lender Finance, Specialty Finance, and Supply Chain Finance. A 27-year veteran of Wells Fargo Capital Finance and its predecessor companies, Diehl has held various positions in the company, including business development officer and loan originations manager. He has also been responsible for creating new lending units and products that complement the group's lending businesses. Diehl holds an undergraduate degree in history from Brown University. Additionally, he serves on industry panels, contributes to various publications, supports charitable causes, and volunteers for non-profit organizations.
James Dore
Head of Retail Finance and Commercial Services Group
Jim Dore was named head of the Retail Finance and Commercial Services Group in 2011. Dore, who has over 15 years of financial services experience, joined the Retail Finance group of Wells Fargo Capital Finance in 2006 as managing director of portfolio and underwriting. He was named executive vice president and division manager in 2008. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Capital Finance, Dore spent eight years in various leadership roles at Bank of America Retail Group; before that, he was with GE Capital. He holds an undergraduate degree from Stonehill College and an M.B.A. from Fairfield University.
Guy Fuchs
Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Finance Group
Guy Fuchs leads the Corporate Finance Group, which consists of the company's Business Finance, Business Credit, and Syndicated Finance divisions, as well as Burdale Financial Limited, a Wells Fargo Company, and the Receivables Securitization Group. Prior to leading this group, Fuchs was division manager of Capital Finance's Business Finance team. Before joining Wells Fargo, Fuchs was the western region manager for GE Capital's asset-based lending division; and from 1989 to 1999, he held various management positions for the CIT Group. Fuchs holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Indiana University, and was a certified public accountant before entering the asset-based finance industry.
Kevin M. Coyle
Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Kevin Coyle leads Wells Fargo Capital Finance's Credit Administration group. He has been with Wells Fargo Capital Finance and its predecessor companies since 1990, holding numerous leadership positions and portfolio management roles. Prior to being named chief credit officer, Coyle served as national credit manager, where he oversaw a team of more than 100 lending professionals and approximately $3 billion of assets. Coyle holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bradley University and an M.B.A. from DePaul University.
Mary-Jo Gagliardi
Human Resources Director
Mary-Jo Gagliardi leads Human Resources for Wells Fargo Capital Finance. She joined Wells Fargo in February 2002, and was named director of Human Resources for Wells Fargo Foothill in 2005. She holds a bachelor's degree from Providence College and a master's degree from Boston College. Prior to her time at Wells Fargo, Gagliardi was a senior associate at Korn/Ferry International, and from 1993 to 1999 she was a human resources manager at Fidelity Investments.
Katherine M. Kilbourne
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Kathy Kilbourne leads Wells Fargo Capital Finance's Finance and Operations group, which is responsible for the business' financial reporting, general accounting, operations, and treasury support. She joined Wells Fargo in 1999, and has served as chief financial officer for Wells Fargo Securities and Wells Fargo Foothill. Prior to Wells Fargo, she held several positions at Dain Rauscher and Piper Jaffray. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
James Marasco
Senior Managing Director, National Loan Originations
Jim Marasco oversees loan originations for Wells Fargo Capital Finance, managing a team of business development officers, direct loan originators, analysts, and syndications professionals. His team has helped originate leveraged financings for public, private, and sponsor-backed companies in various industries. Prior to joining the company in 1989, Marasco worked in leveraged finance at a number of firms, including GE Capital and Citicorp. He has served as a director of the West Coast chapter of the Commercial Finance Association, and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University.
Jerry Ng
Head of Compliance & Risk Management
Ng was named the head of Compliance and Risk Management in January of 2011. Before his current role, Ng led the operational risk and regulatory compliance team since 2009, providing communication, training and support for all Capital Finance business lines. He has more than 20 years of experience with Wells Fargo and predecessor companies. Ng joined Foothill Capital Corp. in 1989 as director of internal audit, and since 1995, held various positions within the Foothill credit administration team. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1980. Ng earned a master's degree in business administration from Columbia University, and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Don Olender
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Don leads Wells Fargo Capital Finance's Enterprise Resources division, which provides systems and property management support to the business. He joined Wells Fargo Foothill in 1995 and became the group's chief information officer in 1997. Don has spent his career in various technical and project management roles, working previously at Providian Bancorp in Northern California and prior to that, Bank of America. Don served for seven years on the executive board of the UCLA I.S. Associates. He is also a member of the Southern California Chapter of SIM and was the founding chairman and member of the Commercial Finance Association's Technology Committee. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and human resource management from Golden Gate University.
Paul Stimpfl
Senior Vice President, Head of Cross-sell
Paul Stimpfl leads the cross-sell efforts of Capital Finance. His team is responsible for deepening each Capital Finance relationship by offering additional Wells Fargo products and services to our customers, helping to maximize their financial success. Prior to joining the company in 2008, Stimpfl was a Regional Vice President with the Wells Fargo U.S. Corporate Banking office in Los Angeles, and held positions with Mellon Bank and ABN Amro. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, has an undergraduate degree in economics and finance from the University of Scranton, and an MBA from the New York University. Stimpfl is on the executive committee and board of directors of Heal the Bay, a non-profit environmental organization based in Los Angeles.
Gene Swift
Senior Vice President and Marketing & Communications Director
Gene Swift joined Wells Fargo in 2000 and formed Wells Fargo Foothill's Communications department in 2003. Today, he leads Wells Fargo Capital Finance's Marketing & Communications team. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Swift held positions in marketing and audit at FINOVA Capital Corporation. Beyond commercial finance, his experience includes work in consulting, public relations, and film and television. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and the International Association of Business Communicators. Swift holds an undergraduate degree in English and theatre from Middlebury College, and a master of fine arts degree in writing from the American Film Institute.
