Stuart Brister
President, Commercial Services division
Stuart Brister leads the Commercial Services division of Wells Fargo Capital Finance. In this role he oversees the domestic and international factoring and finance activities in the specialty and Trade Capital groups. A 28-year veteran, Brister has held various senior management positions in the commercial finance, capital markets, and banking sectors. He joined Wells Fargo in 2005 and was named division president in 2007. Prior to Wells Fargo, he was president of GMAC Commercial Services, managing director of strategic investment at Bank of America, and president of Bank of America Commercial Corporation. He has served on multiple advisory and corporate boards and is a member of the CFA, TMA and ACG. He holds a finance degree from the University of Georgia.
David C. Ciccolo
Executive Vice President, Specialty Services
David Ciccolo oversees the Specialty Services teams within Wells Fargo Capital Finance, including Receivables Funding, Staffing Services, Government Services, Transportation Services, and Purchase Order Finance. He joined Wells Fargo in 1989 and has served as a commercial loan officer, commercial banking representative, portfolio manager, business development officer, and national sales manager. In 1999, he was named manager of then Wells Fargo Business Credit's Accounts Receivable Finance division. Between 2006 and 2009, Ciccolo successfully grew that business, completing five acquisitions. Through those acquisitions, Wells Fargo created its Staffing Services and Government Services Groups. He holds a degree from Regis University.
Jason M. Cole
Regional Credit Manager, Staffing Services Group
Jason M. Cole has more than 11 years experience providing specialized financing to the staffing industry. Cole joined Wells Fargo Capital Finance in 2006 through the acquisition of Evergreen Funding Corp., where he served as the portfolio and operations manager. Following the successful completion of the Capital TempFunds acquisition in 2009 by Wells Fargo, he was named division manager of the Staffing Services Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Texas Christian University.
Tom Dolphin
Managing Director, Receivables Securitization Group
Tom Dolphin leads the Receivables Securitization Group of Wells Fargo Capital Finance, bringing more than 20 years of securitizations experience to the team. He joined Wachovia's securitization group in 2003, and was primarily responsible for new business development, while also serving as a product liaison with the investment and corporate bank. Prior to joining Wachovia, Tom held similar positions in the securitization groups of JP Morgan Chase and PNC Capital Markets. He received a bachelor's degree in economics from Lafayette College and was previously a certified public accountant with KPMG.
Kurt Duerfeldt
Executive Vice President and Division Manager, Syndicated Finance
Kurt Duerfeldt leads the Syndicated Finance division of Wells Fargo Capital Finance, with responsibility for new business development and portfolio management. Kurt joined Wells Fargo Capital Finance in 2000, and has been in his current role since 2005. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Kurt spent 10 years at FINOVA Capital Corporation, primarily as a loan portfolio manager. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
Michael Gallagher
Senior Managing Director, Supply Chain Finance
Mike Gallagher co-leads the Supply Chain Finance team at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, and has experience in both the technology and finance industries since 1993. Prior to founding Castle Pines Capital (now a part of Wells Fargo), Gallagher held key management roles at companies including LoneTree Capital, MediaOne Group, Inc., and Arthur Andersen LLP. In these positions, he managed a $150 million private investment portfolio, was actively involved in sourcing deals, and directed new product and business development. Gallagher holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Kevin Gillespie
Executive Vice President, Trade Capital
Kevin Gillespie oversees the Trade Capital team at Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2010, he was with CIT Group as the northeast new business manager for CIT Commercial Services. Gillespie holds an undergraduate degree from Villanova University and a master's degree from Fordham University.
Julie Johnston
Regional Credit Manager, Receivables Funding Group
Julie Johnston joined the organization in 1990 and has served in various capacities during her career with Wells Fargo. She has worked to support sales and manage relationships within the Commercial Banking group, the Business Credit division of Wells Fargo Capital Finance, and the accounts receivable financing groups within Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Currently, Julie is the regional credit officer for the Receivables Funding Group, which has offices in both Dallas and Denver. The group's primary focus is providing accounts receivable financing solutions to a broad range of customers including manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and service-providers.
Holly Kaczmarczyk
Executive Vice President and Division Manager, Business Credit
Holly Kaczmarczyk leads the Business Credit division of Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Prior to this role, Kaczmarczyk had led Business Credit's south region since 2009. She joined Wachovia in 2002 as a senior underwriter and held several leadership positions at Wachovia Capital Finance, including national underwriting manager and southern region executive. She is active with the Commercial Finance Association and speaks several languages, including Spanish, Polish, and German. She holds an undergraduate degree from Millikin University and a master's degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.
Charles Kim
Managing Director, Head of Loan Purchases & Strategic Transactions
Charles Kim is the head of the Loan Purchases & Strategic Transactions group. His team is responsible for buying individual loans and loan portfolios in the secondary market, managing business acquisitions, helping develop new loan products, and expanding geography and footprint for the company. He has held numerous positions within the organization, including in Loan Sales & Syndications, Loan Originations, Underwriting and Portfolio Management. Prior to joining the company in 1999, Kim was a senior associate with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from San Diego State University and a Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.
John Leonard
Senior Managing Director and Division manager, Technology Finance
A founder of the Technology Finance division in 2007, John Leonard leads the Technology Finance team at Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Prior to his current role, Leonard served as Technology Finance's east coast managing director, and contributed to the division's tremendous growth. A veteran of the asset-based lending and leveraged finance industries, he first joined Foothill Capital Corporation in 1998 as an analyst, and has held positions in field audit, relationship management, and underwriting during his tenure. Leonard holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in finance from Hawaii Pacific University.
David Marrin
Regional Credit Manager, Government Services Group
David Marrin joined Wells Fargo in 2007 after spending 20 years in the asset-based lending industry as a relationship manager, business development officer, national sales manager, and chief operating officer. Throughout his career, he has specialized in providing accounts receivable financing to businesses. Today, Marrin leads the Government Services Group at Wells Fargo Capital Finance. He holds a degree from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.
John Marrinson
Regional Credit Manager, Purchase Order Finance Group, Transportation Services
John Marrinson leads the credit and operational areas of the Purchase Order Finance Group. His more than 18 years in the purchase order and trade finance industries include complete oversight of the operations department of Transcap Trade Finance, which was acquired by Wells Fargo in June 2008. Marrinson is an active member of the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association. He holds a bachelor's degree from Pitzer College.
Kurt Marsden
Executive Vice President and Division Manager, Business Finance
Kurt Marsden leads the Business Finance team at Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Prior to this role, he led the Technology Finance group, a business which he helped start in 2007. In his Technology Finance role, he worked with a significant number of software and technology companies from both the public and private sector to provide financing solutions. Marsden joined Foothill Capital Corporation in 1992 and during his tenure has held positions in field audit and portfolio management. Additionally, he was the first credit manager for the company's Specialty Finance division and worked for six years as western region credit manager for our asset based business. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and real estate from California State University, Northridge.
Tracy Maziek
Senior Managing Director, Healthcare Finance
Tracy Maziek leads the Healthcare Finance team at Wells Fargo Capital Finance. With nearly two decades of healthcare lending experience, Maziek manages a team that targets middle-market healthcare service companies that operate in a variety of sectors. Before joining Wells Fargo, Maziek helped launch and build the healthcare services practice for Oxford Finance. Prior to Oxford, he was the Western regional sales manager for Siemens Financial Services' Healthcare Corporate Finance Group and he has also served in a variety of credit and marketing related roles for FINOVA Capital Corporation's Healthcare Finance Division. Maziek holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.
D. Michael Murray
Managing Director, Junior Capital
Mike Murray has more than 17 years of financial industry experience. He joined Wells Fargo Capital Finance in 2010 to lead the Junior Capital team. Prior to Wells Fargo, Murray was with GB Merchant Partners, a division of Gordon Brothers Group, where he served as chief investment officer and originated and underwrote junior and senior loans. Murray also worked in the retail finance industry for Bank of Boston, Fleet Boston, and Bank of America. He holds a bachelor's degree and M.B.A. in finance and investments from Babson College.
Rhonda Noell
Executive Vice President and Division Manager, Specialty Finance
A 20-year veteran of Wells Fargo Capital Finance and its predecessor companies, Rhonda Noell began her career as a member of the company's special assets division. Later, Noell moved into portfolio administration, where she handled a wide variety of traditional asset-based loans, as well as many non-traditional loan facilities. Subsequently, Rhonda ran the loan closing group before becoming the national underwriting manager. She is currently the division manager for the Specialty Finance division, where she is responsible for a $2 billion portfolio. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Mount St. Mary's College, Los Angeles.
Andrea Petro
Executive Vice President and Division Manager, Lender Finance, Resort Finance, and Supply Chain Finance
A veteran of the asset-based lending industry, Andrea Petro established the Lender Finance division in 2000 with the mission of supporting the capital needs of specialty finance companies. Her success with Lender Finance led to the expansion of her role and the formation of the Resort Finance and Supply Chain Finance units. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Petro was senior vice president and national marketing manager for the Financial Services Funding division of Transamerica Business Credit. She is a member of the board of directors of the Commercial Finance Association. Petro holds a bachelor's degree from Kent State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
John Schmidt
Senior Managing Director, Supply Chain Finance
John Schmidt co-leads the Supply Chain Finance team at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, and has been in the industry since 1984. Prior to founding Castle Pines Capital (now a part of Wells Fargo), Schmidt held key management and corporate officer roles for Transamerica Finance Corporation and Deutsche Financial Services, Northern California. In these positions, he built a new business origination platform for domestic and international companies, managed receivables across 12 countries, assisted in the design of a global servicing platform, and managed operations, accounting, credit, and sales functions. Schmidt holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado.
Keith Vercauteren, Jr.
Senior Managing Director and Division Manager, Retail Finance
Keith Vercauteren joined Wells Fargo Capital Finance in 2009. Previously with Bank of America, he has more than 11 years of experience managing and underwriting asset-based loans. Vercauteren was named head of the Retail Finance division in 2011. Vercauteren is a member of the Commercial Finance Association and Turnaround Management Association. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from Babson College.

Steven Chait
Managing Director, Head of Burdale Financial Limited, a Wells Fargo company
Steven Chait joined Burdale in 1992 and has been involved in all aspects of the business including accounting, relationship management, credit, and new business development. During this time, Steven has been a key member of the team and has seen it change from a small private-equity-backed trade finance company into a well respected and successful leader in asset-based lending, now part of Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Steven qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen after graduating in accounting and economics from Manchester University in the U.K.
Steven Osborne
Director, Technology Finance
As business development officer, Steven Osborne serves as the primary point of contact for Technology Finance throughout the UK, providing financing to software and technology companies. He has more than 10 years of experience in finance, beginning his career in the credit training program at Bank of America, and later moving to EFE, a division of the Bank of Ireland, as a credit analyst. In 2007, Osborne joined Burdale Financial Limited, a Wells Fargo company, as a relationship manager, before moving into his previous role as a new business underwriter. Osborne has a bachelor's degree in economics with computing and quantitative methods from the University of Sussex and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
